Welcome to 'Gracie and Sam'! I'm so glad you stopped by.  I like the "old school" way of doing business:
I make a product I would use myself, of a quality I can take confidence in.  It's my intent to make purchasing any of these products easy and my hope that you will enjoy using them.

Payment Policy
Payment can be made through any means already listed on my shop page. Currently this includes Etsy Gift Cards, PayPal and credit cards. Payment is due at time of order. If you need to cancel your order, there is no charge if done before the item ships; after that, please see below for return/refund policy.

Shipping Policy
I make every effort to ship within 1-2 business days from receiving your order. I use USPS Priority Mail, which is generally a 3-5 business day  delivery time in the continental US and with delivery confirmation receipt. If you need it faster, I'm happy to ship via USPS Express or FedEx for the additional shipping charge. Convo me to discuss this.

International orders are welcome. Customs forms will be completed as per the description of item made in the shop and using the dollar amount for which you are purchasing the item as the 'Value' listed in customs paperwork.

Refund Policy
If you should find any damage to your item upon receipt (and before use), return it for a replacement or complete refund, whichever is your choice.

Additional Information
All items are warranted for 1 year to be free of damage from regular wear and tear that would prevent safe use; in the event that damage (ie, a fabric tear or loose seam) is found, please return the item for a refund or replacement (replacement may not be of same fabrics, depending on availability). This warranty does not cover misuse of this item.

Please take the time to learn how to properly use a mei tai baby carrier before carrying a child. They can be wonderful tools when used as intended. While every effort has been made to ensure their safety and design is based on carriers used with my own children, final responsibility for your child lays with you when using Gracie and Sam carriers.
